Pastor Joshua Schatzle and family departing; welcome Anthony Rodriguez!  As was announced last month, Jessi and I and the family have accepted a call to pastor Hope Church in Southern Illinois, and are scheduled to arrive there first week of November.  Anthony Rodriguez, who has served Isight faithfully for many years in various roles, has eagerly accepted the congregation's call to assume the pastoral role, and he is now beginning the ordination process with the Presbytery Mid-Atlantic.  

We have sincerely enjoyed serving you these past 4 1/2 years and have been the recipients of so much grace on your part.  Thank you all for your loving support and encouragement.  We look forward to hearing great things from Isight church and we will certainly work hard to maintain the many treasured friendships that we've had the pleasure of taking part in.  God is certainly good; too good for words.  And He's been good to us.  We wish all His blessings on you and yours, and we wish God's speed to Anthony and the continuing leadership team at Isight as you all together take the next steps in pursuing all that God has for the church.

Isight is a people who've received spiritual eyesight in Jesus Christ. We are growing our lives around that newly given sight and are inviting others to receive the sight Jesus offers, all for the glory of God.

Isight was formed around, and continues to exist by, the understanding that the world is dead and in darkness, in urgent need of receiving the only thing that can give Life: Jesus Christ Himself, the Living Word of God.
